Bright, well-equipped studio with sea view, ideally located just steps from the center, on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence. Direct access to the beach. Private parking space and secure bike storage. The accommodation Enjoy a living area with a lounge corner (sofa bed and TV), a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, opening onto a large balcony with sea view and outdoor furniture. There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Guest access The studio is entirely at your disposal. Private parking is available at the back of the building, as well as a secure bike room. Other notes Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an extra fee. Duvet and pillows are available. A cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure the apartment is spotless before each guest’s arrival. This is not included in the booking and will be charged for an extra fee.
