Private parking space and secure bike storage. The accommodation Enjoy a living area with a lounge corner (sofa bed and TV), a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, opening onto a large balcony with sea view and outdoor furniture. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Guest access The studio is entirely yours. Private parking is available at the rear of the residence, as well as a secure bike room. Other information Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an extra fee. Duvet and pillows are available. A cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure the apartment is spotless before each guest’s arrival. This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid directly to the cleaning service upon arrival. Please make sure not to leave the apartment untidy before departure (kitchenware put away, bed stripped, trash taken out, etc.).
